With little to no public financial support Old Town has watched their vacancy rate flip from 90% to 5%. A large population of artists, galleries, and arts based firms, Old Town has branded themselves as an Arts & Entertainment district with an astonishing 111 events a year. I am looking forward to sharing the success of the Old Town district and future strides to continue growing as a community.
